The DREAM muscle

I love movies. I love a great book. I love hearing peoples stories.

So often what captures me is a dilemma happens and so often a dream comes up and you get to see how it is fulfilled. (I am simplifying it here, but there is so much more).

What I love so much...

What I love so much though, is that we often get a window into someone else's life. I enjoy it so much that it brings such a sweetness that is not even describable. Often it makes me think and feel and wonder. Sometimes it makes me want to take a courageous step because of what I just saw or read or heard about.Sometimes without figuring everything out I pursue a “dream”. Then I find myself in a struggle and I ask myself if I want to keep going? Isn’t that ok though, to find yourself in that place where you wonder if you can keep going? If it comes easy do I even appreciate it?

What does this say...

So what does this all say to me? I know one thing is that dreams are sometimes hard for me to even say out loud because I am afraid of failing or then there is some accountability to actually do it. I have also forgotten some dreams because I never wrote them down or I have not taken the time to remember. So I am going to just put it out there of what I am hoping to do. I am going to take some time and until the end of the year dream. Then I am going to write them down in a notebook. Then I am going to be grateful for whatever happens. Then I am going to start all over again. I am going to strengthen my dream muscle.

How about YOU?

How about you? What are some of your dreams?
